Charles represents companies and individuals in commercial transactions, business formation, employment matters, and intellectual property disputes. Charles has particular expertise in matters relating to financial regulation, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.

Charles’ practice includes working closely with executives and founders on sophisticated transactions intended to add significant value to businesses’ operations.

Prior to founding Ainscough Law, Charlies practiced with Canyon Advisory Group, as in-house counsel and compliance officer with Veterans First Mortgage.
